Shipping policy

Shipping rates (United States)

$4.97 flat rate per order, no matter how many items you add
FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time

Every item is created to order. Most orders are made and shipped within 7 to 14 days of ordering. Orders with several different items may arrive in separate packages, since items can be made at different locations.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address, and a new shipping charge may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at contact@moonbeamandowl.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and our production partner to get you a replacement or refund.
