Ivy and Tobias are porcupines who go firefly catching on summer nights. It takes the two of them working together: Ivy holds the jar steady and Tobias claps the lid on top, and tonight they caught one on the third try. They set it down on the mossy log between them and lean in from either side. The light comes on, goes out, comes on again, and the whole log glows blue-green each time and then drops back into the dark. Ivy laughs at every single one. When the moon gets high they carry the jar out to the open ground, lift the lid off together, and watch it climb up through the branches until they lose it among the stars.
The gentlest design in the shop and one of the prettiest, with a shared jar of light and two friends leaning in from either side. It carries genuine best-friend energy, which makes it a natural pick for a sibling, a roommate or the person you split everything with.
